Be proud that you were created with a particular spark, and unique characteristics. These are how your people will find you. Don’t dull down who you are. “Your personality has a purpose.”

Hola!

That's me back from Spain now and I'm so thankful to all the awesome teachers who covered my classes & helped Ruth out while I was away.
This week’s classes are inspired by this cute rainbow bench that I spotted during my trip to Elche. Rainbows are such a symbol of hope & the very sight of them fills my heart with joy which I can’t wait to share with you all this week.

One of my favourite Counting Crows songs is called Rain King & it’s opening line is “when i think of heaven…

Looking out of the window on our flight to Spain & those words danced through my mind. This is my childhood imaginings of heaven - bright light & white fluffy clouds.

This isn’t a religious post (although the weather in Spain was pretty biblical last night)!

Maybe today tho just take a moment to consider your bliss & share what it looks like.

How can we get closer to this every day. Maybe it’s a yoga mat on a beach, a simple walk in the woods or a beautiful wild flower meadow.

I know for Ruth it would involve being bare foot somewhere & for me there has to be an element of magic - whatever it is for you, try to get closer to it today. And if you feel like it, post a pic below to inspire us.
