Time for an adventure! Michael will be away for the month of June, sailing with his son Ben on Sea Dragon, a 72 foot British steel-hulled voyager yacht which is circumnavigating the globe, having left Portsmouth last September.
Michael is doing St Pierre to Nuuk, in Greenland, sailing up the Labrador coast then across the Labrador Sea, expecting icebergs and whales along the way.
An adventure of a lifetime !

From April 1st there will be a small price increase of £2 per treatment.
Treatments will be £50
1 hour for initial consultations and 40 minutes for follow-ups.
I will continue to work from The Complimentary Health Clinic, Rock Park Spa Building, Llandrindod Wells on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays with some appointments available Wednesday mornings from Llysdinam.

Here is this year’s prize Christmas cake at Michaels new work place - the Winter Gardens Pavillion at Rock Park Llandrindod- every one has now had their guess and we’ll publish the weight of the cake here later in this evening. It’s been a wonderful day of festive stalls and music and a bit of fundraising for the trust.

We have had a wonderful day at the mid winter festival in The Rock Park Llandrindod- Guess the weight Of the Christmas cake competition is almost over - all proceeds going to The Rock Park Spa Trust. Results will be posted here later this evening.
