Yesterday afternoon Monica Douglas and I co-facilitated our latest online 'Space where Grief and Love meet'. 8 people joined us in an honest sharing of the 'thread of grief' that each of us were carrying.

We are all touched by grief in our own way, and such a space allows us to simply be with our own process, be held in a simple ritual/ practice, and share with fellow human (grieving) beings. There is no judgement; no attempt to fix or advise; simply to honour our universal human experiences of grief and love.

The more I engage in this work, the more the value of such spaces becomes abundantly clear.

There will be another such online space on November 9th at 4pm, and details of it will be on Facebook and in my weekly newsletter. If you wish to receive this, completely free of charge, all I need is your name and email, and you can unsubscribe whenever you wish.
