In short: looking after your wellness helps you enjoy life, cope with difficulties, and maintain a healthy balance in your body and mind

Reiki can be viewed as a complementary wellbeing practice and if you enjoy it and find it relaxing, it may be one part of a wider wellness routine alongside things such as good sleep, exercise, healthy eating, and spending time with supportive people

Intuition is the quiet voice within us that knows something before we can explain why. It isn’t always loud or dramatic.

Before the evidence appears. Before the words make sense. Before you can explain the feeling, something inside you is already whispering the answer. It may arrive as a sudden certainty, a pull you can’t ignore, or a quiet discomfort that tells you something isn’t right.

We often overlook intuition because we’re taught to trust facts, logic, and certainty. Yet intuition can come from a deeper place: our experiences, observations, emotions, and the subtle details our conscious mind hasn’t fully processed.

Intuition is the mysterious knowing that comes without an obvious reason. 💜

I am using three decks of Oracle/Tarot cards leaving it up to you as to which deck you are drawn to.

⭐ THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO ⭐

Take a moment to quieten your mind and see which deck of cards you feel drawn to and ask for a number between 1 and 10 (this is the number of cards I count after shuffling them and not the number on the card that is pulled).

Then, leave your name in 'comments' with your chosen deck ( 'A', 'B' or "C") and a number between 1 and 10 (or if you want me to draw a card intuitively, then type 'random').

A = Archangel Power Tarot cards
B = Energy oracle cards
C = The Spirit Animal Oracle cards

YOU HAVE UNTIL 12.00pm Monday 31st August before I close this post 😊

I will then sit with the cards to link in with them and pull a card for each person individually, for their highest intention, and message you later on with the card that has been pulled for you and its suggested guidance.

Who would like a 'Sacred Earth' Oracle card?
