Diwrnod hyfryd ~ Today I hosted A Women's Group Session to celebrate Melangell's Feast Day at the day retreat. Sonya (Founder of Yogaish) held space for a Qi Gong session which combined slow flowing movement, focusing on breath-work and a joyful meditation. We finished with cake, tea and time to chat.
Thank you to all those that came and made it a wonderful afternoon.
