Group work-
Expressive arts group work from a soulful perspective to enable a sense of health and wellbeing. A gentle and supportive environment in which to rest and reflect, find meaning and move towards a greater sense of connecting to self and others. Nature connection to reconnect with deep and fundamental human themes of simply 'being with' nature and 'being part of' nature. Arts and wellbe
ing work-
We offer a wide range of arts activities working with all people from babes to young adults and adults to elders. Our workshops are designed to be playful and enable therapeutic wellbeing through being creative. We love working inter generationally with families and bringing diverse groups of people from across communities to share joyful, creative and meaningful activities. Ceremonies-
We believe symbolic acts, ritual ceremony to be a hugely important part of life, a chance to honour what is here, what is changing and what is ending. Ceremonies can range from community celebrations, birth blessings to support mothers to be, Naming ceremonies, Weddings, Rites of passage, Coming of age ceremonies and End of life funeral tributes. Hazel has been involved in making and facilitating ceremonies over the last seven years, it is her passion to support you to find your own creative expression within the process, whilst she holds the space for you to create something beautifully profound with humour and sensitivity. Ceremonies will be designed in consultation with you, enabling you to choose how much you prefer to involve yourself in the process. The content will be in line with your beliefs and the final draft approved by you having received continuous input of ideas to help your arrive at your final design. With twenty years professional experience within the arts and facilitation roles Hazel can bring focus, humour and heart to help honour your special event.
