Moments on Greek retreat this week Mange Larsson studios Zakynthos Zakynthos - each day is a delight… starting with 2.5 hours of pranayama and yoga asana on the deck, followed by delicious Mediterranean brunch and a wander to the different beaches and bays to soak up the blue skies and clear seas.

Yes we went to and WOW! What a superb trip with amazing friends. We walked, snowmobiled, saw geysers, waterfalls, glaciers, a shadowy glimmer of northern light… a perfect way to transition from one year to the next. Eyes wide open. Heart full. Optimism and opportunities await as we enter the new year. Happy 2026 ❤️

Christmas party part 2… as self employed people we decided to create our own version of Christmas celebrations. We chased waterfalls in the rain, found some fabulous moss - thanks for your inspiration, had a delicious meal in - fabulous service thank you girls. What a treat of a day with people I love.

Thank you everyone for coming to share the fun and games (literally) …

In my excitement I forgot to say two very special thanks to ANNIE and RHIANNON who have helped me so much with teaching cover this year. Jumping in to cover for illness and retreats. I REALLY APPRECIATE them as part of the Yogastarr crew.

It has been my pleasure to teach such wonderful humans in 2025. We have learnt, we have breathed, we have grown, we have giggled, we (mostly I) have muddled up our lefts and rights and our arms and legs but most of all we have supported each other and shared friendship and compassion as the Yogastarr community and I couldn’t be more grateful ❤️
