You can love your baby with all your heart and still feel lost. Postnatal depression can make you feel exhausted, disconnected, overwhelmed or unlike yourself, but these feelings do not make you a bad mum. They mean you are struggling and deserve support. You do not have to hide how you feel or pretend that everything is okay. At Mothers Matter, we provide a safe and understanding space where you can talk without fear of judgement. You are not alone. Please reach out when you feel ready.
