Burning the handmade sage today felt like a joy to do. And to be honest it felt right, to help keep the energy of the shop high. We love a wee saging of the shop- keeping it calm, cleansed and pure helping people (and us) in the shop and in getting a treatment, the best. Summer is drawing to the end and we will welcome in the new autumnal energy of slowing down. Pumpkin season approaches 🎃

Over that last wee while ive worked on a wee project with sage that was gifted to me. I love sage and the energy attached to it.and what it can achieve calming and cleansing . So working with it to dry it out and create a bundle was interesting and very much a learning curve. Its taken weeks of patience and me checking it like an excited child.
Today I finished drying it and got it ready and burned some and it smells amazing and I had time to smudge the house. It may not look great but its the first time ive done it, but definitely will do this again. Ive sent time with the bundles infusing Reiki into them too.
Grown and made in Lochwinnoch too 😁

Ive been off on my travels and spent time with family and generally made the most of the gorgeous weather. ❤️
One of my days was spent at the Scottish Lavender Fields at Kinross. We go annually and I love seeing the changes. The Lavender oil from there is just incredible, its grown there and made on site as they have there own copper stills. I highly recommend a visit its beautiful and at the weekend there is a sauna. Back to the oil. We use it in alot of our oil blends so obviously replenished our stock. Lavendar has many benefits such as stress relieve, helps pain relief, eases spasms, helps inflammation, it can help skin due to its regenerative properties easing blemishes and dry areas as well as soothing your mind. Our clients float out of the door after a treatment !
