Three Zone Face Lifts and a chair massage — a lovely Sunday so far!

Zone Face Lift (£65) has definitely been the treatment of the day: 50 minutes of facial reflexology, sculpting massage and lymphatic drainage, with lots of work on the shoulders, neck and scalp. I love seeing that post-treatment glow afterwards.

At the other end of the scale, a seated chair massage (£20) for someone who came in with a painful back and left pain-free.

I'm happy I can offer both: a longer treatment when you want to properly switch off, or a quick 15 minutes when something needs attention.

What is Zone Face Lift?

It’s 50 dreamy minutes of facial reflexology, sculpting massage, lymphatic drainage, and lots of tension-releasing work on the shoulders, neck and scalp.

It’s incredibly relaxing (one client called it 'surreal', which she promises was a compliment!) and I love seeing the post-ZFL glow on my clients afterwards.

For many years I worked as Lead Body Therapist at a London r**e crisis charity, supporting survivors of trauma alongside a team of counsellors.

It was an extraordinary role that taught me so much about the relationship between body and mind, and how the right touch, offered with kindness and respect, can help people feel safe, grounded and more at ease in themselves. And how important boundaries are, both in everyday life and on the massage couch.

Although I now work in a very different setting here in Cirencester, that experience continues to shape every treatment I give. Whether you come to me for a Holistic Massage, Zone Face Lift, Reiki or Indian Head Massage, my aim is the same: to create a calm space where you can relax, switch off and leave feeling better than when you arrived.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with their wellbeing so far. It means a great deal.

✨ What a few weeks it's been! ✨

As my extra days come to an end and The Skin Studio Cirencester returns from her well-earned holiday, I'm now back to my usual Tuesdays and Wednesdays, offering Holistic Massage, Zone Face Lift, Reiki and Indian Head Massage.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who booked in or dropped by over the past couple of weeks. It's been wonderful meeting so many new clients and providing so many treatments. I also love that good old-fashioned, real-life advertising still works – so many of you found me simply because you spotted the sign outside.

Meeting new people reinforces the importance of sharing why I do this work.

I spent over 12 years as the Lead Body Therapist at a r**e crisis charity in London, where I worked alongside a clinical team of counsellors, providing body therapy to survivors. It was an incredibly rewarding role that shaped the therapist I am today. It taught me the transformative power of ther**eutic touch and the importance of creating a space where people feel safe, respected and able to truly relax.

Whether you come to me for pain relief, pampering, relaxation, emotional wellbeing or a Zone Face Lift, my goal is always the same: to help you leave feeling better than when you arrived.

Thank you again for all your support over these past weeks. I look forward to welcoming both familiar and new faces in the months ahead.
