When it comes to instilling confidence in your clients and superiors, looking fresh and energised is important. If you’ve been up all night working on a report or dancing the night away, the last thing you want is for it to show up on your face. As a Cosmetic Dentist and Facial Aesthetic practitioner I work with individuals who are always in the limelight and for whom, looking young and fresh, is imperative to their success. My services include non surgical cosmetic procedures, smoothing of facial lines and facial rejuvenation treatments . I work with a full range of clients from city bankers who want to elevate the stress from their faces, to girls who want to keep up with Kylie Jenner, and to women who want to look and feel good again. For many women, coming to see me is the first step to investing in themselves and rebuilding their life after divorce or the children leaving home. Often the transformation starts with feeling great about how you look- something that is proven to lift a person’s mood and can give them just the boost needed to face challenges and embrace new adventures. For those who are new here, I’m Dr Nina Bal - and my approach to aesthetics has always been simple:

“The most beautiful results are the ones no one can quite place.”

Since graduating at the top of my year with distinction in 2008, I’ve dedicated my career to creating natural, considered results that enhance rather than change.

Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to appear on E4’s Bodyfixers, ITV’s This Morning and most recently Olivia Attwood’s The Price of Perfection, as well as being featured in Tatler, Forbes, Harper’s Bazaar, The Times and more.

There was a time when so much of this felt like a big... slightly scary dream 🥹

Putting myself out there. Building a clinic. Saying yes to opportunities before I felt completely ready. Believing I could create something of my own.

And yes… sometimes it probably did feel a little embarrasing!

But then slowly, the things I once hoped for started becoming real. The awards, the incredible brands I’ve had the opportunity to work with, the television appearances, the invitations into rooms I never imagined I’d be in - and most importantly, an award-winning clinic and community of patients that I’m so incredibly proud of.

None of it happened overnight. There have been plenty of doubts, mistakes and moments of wondering whether I was doing the right thing along the way.

So this is your reminder to do the ‘cringe’ thing. Put yourself forward. Talk about your dreams. Celebrate your wins. Take up space. ✨

Because one day you might look around and realise that the life you were once slightly embarrassed to say you wanted… is the life you’re actually living. 🫶
