I bought this cup this morning to send to someone who is moving through something overwhelming right now.

The red on the outside represent the intensity of those feelings . The moments that are feeling too big.

The words “ you ‘be got this “ are there to remind them to stay with the unfolding , to breathe and not shut down…

And the soft pink…that is the love. Every time they drink a warm drink , they can imagine love wrapping around them. From the inside out.

A small reminder that they are seen and that in our hardest seasons , being seen matters just as much as remembering to see others in return. To notice their quiet courage , their small steps , their aching heart, doing the best they can.

Softness meet depth …
I have chosen this soft pale blue mohair for my jumper because it feels soft , gentle, tender to my eyes and touch. As I knit , I am also working with something deep inside …. A raw place . A little uncomfortable. I can’t name it yet . The wool going through my fingers holds the balance for me. The truth that is starting to stir inside of me . They work together to weave something honest , tender and whole .

Every single item on my altar has. Story. A memory. A meaning that is important to me.

Each piece , is a reminder , of someone I love, kindness that I have received, of a process that I have overcome or of something that I am still working through…

Life moves fast and we sometimes forget how far we have come or what we have survived .

My altar ground me and it hold my journey, my gratitude , my struggles and my hopes .

This little corner in my home is sacred to me and is. Good reminder to pause , remember and honour every part of my path.

My deepest gratitude and and all the team during the module of “ Trauma and transformation” . I am still lost for words. My body is still imprinting my journeys, the teachings, the creativity, the community , everything…

My integration is slowly starting …

I stand ,
I sit ,
I walk,
I lie down,
I live in space and in time,
I see,
I hear,
I touch,
I taste,
I smell,
And I sense one another,
Other creatures,
Other situations,

I remember,
I think,
I imagine,
I look,
I feel,
I act,
I talk,
I meet one another,
I meet my real self too,

I reflect,
I wonder,
I doubt ,
I believe,
I disbelieve too,

But the most important ,
I choose to love,
And not hate,

I have a choice ,
To hate,
To give up,
Or carry on,

The choice was easy.

What a. Journey it has been…

If there is one thing on this earth that filled my sole during this month travelling is nature.

I come back with both my feet well anchored on this earth and I am filled with her energy. My heart feels full. My eyes have seen . My sole is alive.

I have seen many very beautiful places, people , energy. I have felt deeply the power of it all. I am so grateful.

It is the best medicine for my heart.

Mountains with snow, the lagoons of multiple colours , the sea of Rio, the hot springs of Bolivia , the forest of Peru, many beautiful flowers, birds….

The realisation that I feel deep joy in large open spaces and that beauty makes me cry…

I have been touched in so many ways.

It feels really special to have felt this deep connection outside human connection surrounded by love and care. She really holds you even when the ground shakes …

Et c’est parti…
Every morning is a new adventure and it gives us the opportunity to create our own adventure and to believe in it, regardless if it is up the road or many kms away.

Today , is day 1 of a new adventure . I look forward to meet the jungle, swim in waterfalls, walk in the mountain, be in nature and see many beautiful places and discover countries that , I have never visited before.

I don’t know yet , except for a couple of places where the adventure will take me .I have chosen not to know everything .

Sometimes , it is also good not to know all the details and to trust that life will take me exactly where I am ment to be . I am sure, it will be full of surprise!

I look forward very much to collect moments , instead of things and find many quiet places…

The best lessons are often when we feel that we are going through a storm and that the wind is blowing so strongly that we have a feeling that it is going to blow us off the ground and that we are being drenched…
I am learning to dance under the rain, the wind, the storm and take what is good out of it because it is happening and sometime even if it feel unfair , we have no control over it. I am learning that against the distress , the intense emotions , sometimes the unexpected , the deep benefit it creates by causing huge movement are so valuable. It leaves that we have no choice but to go in the deepest of the non- explored . The darkness of winter mixed with the sun of spring. I really feel now that it is in those moments that I learn the most . Having the courage to feel the fears, the solitude , the destruction , the powerless , the motivation, the transformation, the patience , the hope . All is just as it should be. We are resistant and powerful.
