I often get asked which treatments I recommend, and these two always come to mind… Swedish Massage and Aromatherapy. So I wanted to share a bit about why I love them so much 💆‍♀️

I’m known for being strong, and I mean that in the best way! I really get into those areas of tension and tight muscles to help release them properly. If you’re an athlete, on your feet all day, or you’ve been carrying stress in your shoulders, neck or jaw, this is honestly the treatment I’d recommend to you.

And it’s not just physical. So many of my clients tell me how much clearer their head feels afterwards. It can be amazing for calming anxiety, easing headaches and just giving your mind a proper rest.

Not sure how long to go for?
👉 30 mins: great for targeting a specific area or just trying it for the first time
👉 60, 90 or 120 mins: if you really want to fully let go, this is where the magic happens. Mind, body and soul.

If you add Aromatherapy, I mix the oils specifically for you… pure essential oils extracted from plants, flowers, petals, bark and herbs, used in a medicinal way on the skin. No two blends are the same.

I’ve had thousands of happy clients over the years and it’s always a delight to hear people’s response to how they feel after this treatment. 🌿
