Counsellor Lorraine Dean joined us for the afternoon, spending time chatting with our wonderful residents and even getting involved with the dancing. There were plenty of great moves and lots of fun along the way! 💃🕺

It’s lovely to look back at days like this and see our residents enjoying themselves with good company, music and plenty of dancing 💜

Last week, Beachcroft House Care Home had a little extra sparkle as we held our art auction! 🎨💎

Our wonderful Activities Coordinator, Rose, had created some beautiful diamond painting pieces, each one showing her creativity and eye for detail. It was lovely to see her hard work showcased and to have everyone come together for the auction 🖼️💜

A big well done to Rose for creating such lovely pieces!

A very happy 92nd birthday to Vicente at Beachcroft House Care Home ! 🎉💜

Vicente has always had a great eye for style. Our former hairdresser is rarely seen without a smart shirt and has certainly kept his flair over the years! He also enjoys a leisurely stroll in the park, taking in the sights and making the most of a lovely day 🌳

What a lovely summer BBQ we had here at Beachcroft House Care Home 💜

Mr Morris kept us all entertained with his live music, creating such a great atmosphere while our residents, families and visitors enjoyed some delicious food prepared by our talented chef. It was one of those afternoons where everyone just settled in and enjoyed being together 🎶🍔

There were plenty of smiles over at the photobooth too, with some brilliant snaps taken throughout the afternoon. Lots of laughter, a bit of posing, and memories made along the way 📸

Thank you to everyone who joined us, we’re already looking forward to the next one 😊

A very happy 89th birthday to our lovely Sara from everyone at Beachcroft House Care Home! 🥳💜

Surrounded by our wonderful team, birthday decorations and a beautiful homemade cake baked by our talented chef, Sara had a day as lovely as her!

The birthday cake was almost too good to cut into, and Sara looked so happy as she marked her special day with those around her. Here's to many more happy birthdays and cherished celebrations at our home 🎂💜

There was plenty of focus and teamwork at Beachcroft House Care Home as our residents and team enjoyed getting creative with a spot of origami. Sitting together, carefully folding each piece of paper and helping one another along the way made the activity just as special as the finished creations 💜

It was wonderful to see everyone's colourful origami taking shape, with lots of proud smiles as residents showed off their finished pieces. Trying something new together is always a lovely way to spend the day, and we were so impressed with what everyone created 😊

July saw us celebrating a few of our favourite dates in the calendar, alongside all the everyday moments that make each month special 💜

We marked World Chocolate Day with a few well deserved treats, celebrated National Ice Cream Day with everyone's favourite flavours, and during , we took the opportunity to recognise our wonderful teams who make such a difference every day 🍦🍫

Alongside the celebrations, there were all the little moments that make each month what it is, catching up with friends, enjoying favourite activities and making the most of the summer days.

What a lovely afternoon we had at Beachcroft House Care Home last Friday, with our Cake Bake Sale 🍰💜

Our wonderful residents enjoyed spending time outdoors in the sunshine, enjoying some delicious homemade treats lovingly baked by our very own Chef Ruby. From chocolate fudge cupcakes and carrot cake to lemon drizzle and bread pudding, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

It was wonderful to see residents, families and our team coming together, sharing smiles, conversations and of course plenty of cake. A sweet day filled with lovely moments and great company 😊
