NOVEMBER // Lots and lots of yoga teaching with two incredible groups at . I am humbled, grateful and definitely a little bit wiser thanks to the knowledge and skill of these cohorts of yoga teachers in training. Look out world!

OCTOBER // Started my PhD in Drama at . It’s been a few years since I’ve been an official student, and I’m so excited to be studying inclusive learning environments in musical theatre, pulling from my own training experiences, the past ten years of teaching and learning I’ve done as a yogi, yoga teacher and teacher trainer, and finally reading all those books I’d not yet made time for!
Meanwhile, Milo took issue with our Internet connection ( gets all the photo credit for this one).
