The most important part of any treatment journey happens before anything is done 🀍

A proper consultation is where we slow things down and really listen to your skin. Its texture, hydration and sensitivity all give clues, but so do your lifestyle, stress levels and day-to-day habits. Skin reflects far more than just age, and understanding that story matters.

Before recommending anything, the focus is on what your skin actually needs right now. Sometimes that means supporting collagen, sometimes repairing the barrier, and sometimes it is simply restoring hydration. There is no standard plan and no one-size-fits-all approach here.

Every recommendation is built around you. What is safe, what is effective and what realistically fits into your life. That is how results stay natural and sustainable.

If you want a considered, personalised approach rather than a preset menu of treatments, click the link in my bio to book a consultation. It is where everything truly begins πŸ’¬

If jowls are your biggest concern right now, this is the most important thing you will read today.

Jowling is not simply skin that has dropped. It is the result of bone loss, fat descent, collagen depletion, and muscular imbalance, all happening simultaneously and converging in the lower face. This is why treating it as a single-layer problem with a single treatment almost never produces a truly satisfying outcome.

Swipe for the full picture on what actually works and why πŸ‘‰πŸΌ

If jowling is something you have been thinking about and you are not sure where to start, book a consultation at ART Clinic.

We will assess everything properly and give you a plan that is genuinely built around your anatomy and your goals. Link in bio πŸ’Œ

Honoured to be featured in The Times, sharing my approach to one of the most complex and commonly misunderstood body concerns I treat πŸ™

Cellulite affects the vast majority of women, and yet it remains one of the most difficult things to treat effectively. Fibrous connective bands tethering the skin downwards, combined with reduced skin thickness and collagen support, create that characteristic dimpling that no amount of diet or exercise fully resolves. Addressing it properly requires understanding what's actually driving it and treating all of those components together.

My approach combines Endolift with a course of high-strength polynucleotides, and the results I've been seeing, particularly on the inner thighs, have been genuinely impressive. Endolift uses a fine fibre-optic laser probe placed under the skin to mechanically and thermally disrupt the fibrous bands responsible for dimpling, reduce small pockets of fat, and stimulate collagen production to tighten and firm the overlying skin. The polynucleotides prime and prepare the skin beforehand, improving its thickness, elasticity, and resilience so the laser energy works even harder when the Endolift session follows.

The patients who have been through this protocol tell me the improvement in skin quality and confidence has been significant. Several have mentioned wearing clothes they hadn't felt comfortable in for years.

Not all collagen stimulators behave the same, and this is something you need to understand before embarking on treatment.

PLLA treatments are often talked about as though they are interchangeable, but the science behind them matters. The way a product is designed affects how your skin responds, how predictable the result is and how comfortable the treatment feels long term.

This is why I chose Julane in clinic. Its particle design allows the skin to be stimulated in a more controlled, refined way. The goal is to encourage collagen where we want it, without provoking unnecessary inflammation or unwanted side effects. When that balance is right, skin quality improves, structure strengthens, and results look natural and consistent over time.

If you are considering collagen-stimulating treatments and want something that supports skin health rather than stressing it, this is a conversation worth having. Head to the link in my bio to book a consultation, and we can talk through whether this approach is right for your skin and your goals πŸ’Œ

So delighted to be featured in the Daily Mail, sharing my expertise on one of the most common concerns I see in clinic: the neck πŸ™

The neck is an area that so many people feel self-conscious about, and yet it's consistently one of the most under-discussed and undertreated areas in aesthetics. This feature felt like a really valuable opportunity to change that conversation.

In the piece, I talk about Endolift, a treatment I'm particularly passionate about for patients dealing with excess heaviness, a double chin, or jowling around the neck and lower face. Using a miniature laser attached to an optical fibre fine enough to be placed beneath the skin, it gently breaks down fat from the inside while simultaneously stimulating new collagen and tightening the skin. The result is a more defined, lifted appearance that builds gradually over the months following treatment.

What I love about Endolift is that it bridges a gap that has always existed between non-surgical treatments and surgery. For the right patient, it delivers a genuinely meaningful result without the recovery, the risk, or the commitment that surgery involves.

I hope it helps anyone who has been wondering what their options are ❀️

Vitamin C is one of the most talked-about ingredients in skincare, and it is also one of the most misused.

Many people are either using the wrong form, storing it incorrectly, or wondering why an expensive serum is not doing what the label promised.

So, let me break it down properly, because when Vitamin C is used correctly, it genuinely earns its place as one of the hardest-working ingredients in your morning routine.

The form matters. L-ascorbic acid is the gold standard, with the strongest clinical evidence behind it, but it is also the most unstable and the most likely to be poorly formulated in cheaper products.

Used correctly, Vitamin C neutralises free radical damage, supports collagen synthesis, and is one of the most effective ingredients available for pigmentation and uneven skin tone. These are things that matter more, not less, as we move through our 40s and beyond.

Here is everything you need to know to actually get results from your Vitamin C serum πŸ‘‰πŸ»

If your skin has been looking a little dull or tired lately and you feel like your usual skincare just is not giving you that bounce back, there is a treatment I wish more people knew about…Skinvive πŸ’«

It may look like filler in the syringe, but that is genuinely where the similarity ends. Skinvive is a deeply hydrating injectable designed to improve the quality of your skin rather than its shape. Think of it as a moisture recharge delivered exactly where your skin needs it most.

What makes it so clever is the way the microdroplets of hyaluronic acid sit just beneath the surface, drawing in water and restoring that soft, dewy, almost cushiony feel that so many of us lose far earlier than we expect. There is no added volume and absolutely no change to your features. Instead, you get improvements in elasticity, smoothness and overall radiance.

Patients describe it as their skin, but on its best day. Makeup sits better, fine lines look softened, and the whole complexion just appears more rested and alive. It is subtle, but the kind of subtle that people notice without being able to explain why you look so fresh.

If you are curious about whether Skinvive is the right choice for your skin, you can book a consultation through the link in my bio. I will talk you through what to expect and help you choose the most natural and effective approach for your goals πŸ’¬

The internet is full of examples of what happens when lip filler goes wrong, and it has put so many people off a treatment that, done properly, can make a genuinely beautiful difference in the right hands.

The problem is almost never the treatment itself. It is too much product, poor placement, or repeated top-ups without proper assessment. When lip filler is performed thoughtfully, with anatomical knowledge, and an honest eye for balance, nobody looks overdone. They just look like a better version of themselves.

Your lips should still look like your lips, and that is always the goal.

Swipe through to understand exactly what good lip filler should and should not do, the myths worth dismissing, and what to genuinely expect from the process πŸ‘‰πŸ½

This is what three months of targeted body treatment looks like.

Upper arm laxity is one of those concerns I hear about constantly in clinic, and one that is so often dismissed as something you simply have to accept.

This patient came to me troubled by the skin laxity and crepeyness on her upper arms. The texture, the looseness, the way the skin had lost its firmness over time. For many women, this is one of the most confidence-affecting changes that comes with age and hormonal shifts, yet it rarely gets the clinical attention it deserves.

We treated her with my BioFirm Protocol: Endolift to tighten the tissue from within using precise laser energy delivered beneath the skin's surface, combined with a course of three polynucleotide sessions to regenerate the skin at a cellular level, improving hydration, elasticity and overall skin quality over time.

These photos were taken three months apart. No surgery or significant downtime required - just a considered, evidence-led protocol that allowed her body to do the work.

The improvement in firmness, texture and overall skin quality speaks for itself.

Body skin tightening is an area I am deeply passionate about. If upper arm laxity is something you have been thinking about but assumed was beyond the reach of non-surgical treatment, I would encourage you to book a consultation and let's have an honest conversation about what is possible ✨
