This is your reminder that being fit doesn’t mean you can’t hold fluid. 💧

This client exercises regularly, does Pilates and looks after her nutrition — yet look at the difference drainage made to the appearance of her legs.👈🤩

It appears leaner, more sculpted with better muscle definition✅

Movement is incredibly important, but even very active bodies can sometimes feel puffy, heavy or swollen.🚨

And this is exactly why I don’t look at every area and immediately think “fat reduction.”❌

Sometimes we need machines.✅
Sometimes we need movement.✅
And sometimes the body simply needs a little help to drain.🤍

OUT OF OFFICE ✈️🤍

From 27th August – 7th September, I’ll be taking some much-needed (and very much deserved 😅) time off.

It’s been an incredibly busy year so far — growing Bodhi Visage, developing and launching MaderoMove, competitions, awards, training, treatments… and everything that happens behind the scenes that you don’t always see.

So for the next couple of weeks, I’m giving myself permission to properly switch off.

That means taking a break not only from work, but from posting, creating content and mindlessly scrolling social media too.📵

My online diary will remain OPEN and fully updated, so you can BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENTS ONLINE for September as normal while I’m away.👈❗️❗️

I’ll be back rested, recharged and ready for a very exciting September. 🤍
