Which of these habits is the hardest for you to change?

Every week, someone comes to see me asking for a specific treatment.

And quite often, I recommend something else.

Sometimes it’s a smaller treatment.

Sometimes it’s skincare before injectables.

Sometimes it’s waiting a few months.

And sometimes… it’s just nothing at all.

Could I say “yes” more often? Probably.

Would I make more money? Probably.

But I became a nurse before I became an aesthetic practitioner, and that has never really left me.

My job isn’t to sell the most treatments.

It’s to help you make the right decision for your face, even if that means doing less or doing nothing.

I’d rather lose a sale than lose your trust.

And yes… I sleep well at night because of that 🙌🏼

Bonjour, I’m Elise 🇫🇷 — Nurse Prescriber and the face behind French Care London.

I’ve been a nurse since 2010, beginning my career in surgery before moving into aesthetic medicine in 2021. Since then, I’ve refined my techniques, developed my eye for subtle results and continued to deepen my knowledge of the face and skin. Today, alongside treating my patients, I also train other medical professionals in aesthetics.

My approach is what I like to call aesthetics, the French way.

Natural. Subtle. Effortless — but technically considered.

I believe in enhancing, not transforming. In knowing exactly where to treat, how much to use and, sometimes, when to leave things completely alone.

And honesty is a big part of that.

No hard sell. No unnecessary treatments. No bu****it.

If you don’t need it, I’ll tell you. If a simpler — or less expensive — option will give you a better result, I’ll tell you that too.

Because the best treatment isn’t necessarily the newest, the trendiest or the most expensive.

It’s the one that’s right for you.
