Changing the name and title. I have decided to go full time serving people through the therapeutic work to all age groups and no longer for only Kids and Teens as my page name says here. Also I will using variety of tools and techniques not restrict to NLP only.

"I've had one session so far with Najma Arif and it has blown me away how quickly I could overcome my sleep disorder. I was struggling to sleep properly for the longest time. Due to lack of sleep, I used to feel frustrated,tired and exhausted. I had mood swings and used to react to everything that was being told to me. After having session I have seen changes and improvements upon my sleeping disorder and myself. I have been sleeping well so far. I have a timing now I fall asleep by 11:30 to 12. Awake up around 7 -7:30 am.
I am much more calmer, learnt to prioritise my task and I do things before I am asked to do. I can let go off things and do thing/ work as per necessity. I am more self aware of my strengths and weakness. I look at things objectively and not get emotionally caught up anymore with my parents.
