Stop Putting Yourself Down: How is Your Internal "Customer Service"? 🛑🙋♂️
Every day on my way to the gym, I pass a local beauty salon. Over the weeks, I’ve gotten to know the manager by sight.
Recently, as I walked past, she was standing outside.
Even though I was on the opposite side of the road, she gave me a huge smile and a warm hello. I was struck by her incredible friendliness and excellent customer service skills—even though I wasn’t even a customer!
Later, a thought struck me: How good are your customer service skills with yourself? 🧐
Think about the way you treat "you." Like that woman at the salon, you deserve to be smiling on the inside, full of happiness and joy. People should be able to see that glow of self-acceptance from across the street.
Ask yourself honestly:
🔹 Do you pay yourself compliments?
🔹 Do you truly accept yourself?
🔹 Are you kind to yourself when things go wrong?
If the answer is "no," then something is wrong. I used to be just like you—I lived in a state of constant self-criticism. I convinced myself I was inadequate, inferior, and that I simply didn’t deserve to be happy. 📉
I was wrong. And if you feel that way, so are you.
It all begins with learning to accept yourself, including your "imperfections." Honestly, who wants to be perfect? Not me! Our imperfections make us unique and real. They are something to be proud of, not ashamed of. 🌟
I wanted to feel happy and confident, so I did something about it. I studied, I practiced, and I transformed my life. If I could do it, so can you.
But let’s be real—it doesn't happen by magic. It takes: · Commitment · Dedication · Persistence · Practice · Hard work
But trust me, the investment in yourself is worth every bit of effort. 🦅✨
