I’m super excited to be sharing more about something that has made a huge difference to the way I do therapy and healing, and to the results my clients have had.

This is the healing work that is not limited to the unconscious mind, taps into a higher wisdom, and doesn't even need the client to relive, analyse or reframe past events.

It means we call heal at all the levels.

The evidence behind this has been building for decades now, and there is shed loads of research, so it’s not as woo as it sounds
(although I make no apology for woo 😉)

What I’m talking about has massive implications for all therapists and healing practitioners.

Whether you spell it Beltane or Bealtaine, today in the Northern Hemisphere, celebrates the half way point between Spring and Summer, and it's traditionally a time of fire.

Beltane fires would be lit and built up for the festival, perhaps as a symbol of the growing strength of the sun, and individuals would extinguish their own fires, only to light them again with embers or lit branches from the Beltane fire.

Maybe this is a reminder that there is a strength and wisdom greater than our own, and sometimes it's good to take from that wisdom, and realise we don't always have to do everything alone.
Whatever you think, let's celebrate the turning of the wheel of the year.
