My passion is helping you find your passion and purpose in life. I am a Life coach, law of attraction coach, clearing the mind coach, mindfulness and meditation coach and holistic therapist offering a range of treatments from Massage, Reflexology and Reiki These can

be enjoyed from the COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME or at MY BASE IN ST ALBANS. I have 17 years experience as a holistic therapist and 3years as a fulltime coach and during this time I have helped many clients on their journey to healing, relaxation and well-being. REFLEXOLOGY stimulates reflex points on your feet and your hands which link with structures of your body helping you to eliminate toxins, improve blood supply and boost the immune system as well as restoring energy and balance. REIKI is a transfer of energy that takes place by imposition of the hands. SELF DEVELOPMENT, working through areas of your life which may need organising to allow you to live the life you wish to have. Also if you wish to attract goals in your life or are looking for peace of mind with mindfulness and meditation these are some of the areas I can help with you.
