Life is easier when you’re not stressed about your body.

And it’s even easier when you invest your efforts into exercise that compounds your results (muscle = the best ROI in your health)

For years, women have avoided lifting weights because most weight based gyms are intimidating and we’ve been fear mongered into believing we’ll “get bulky”.

In reality, muscle protects us from aging, makes our skin less wrinkled, helps us feel energised and stabilises our weight so we have the freedom of mind to focus on what really matters in life.

Once I stopped punishing my body with endless cardio and started following a structured weight training programme, everything changed.

Less fixation
Less fluctuations
Finally feeling confident, proud and free.
