Big thanks to Rap Therapy for providing this talented group of young people with the opportunity to share their thoughts and experiences through music, addressing the impact of knife crime. Their song 'Will It Ever Stop' is powerful, raw, and heart-wrenching. It's crucial that we work towards positive change to ensure our streets are safe. Last week, Rap Therapy, along with two members from the song, were invited to BBC Radio London for an interview, where they discussed the importance of their message and getting their voices heard.

Children's Mental Health week starts tomorrow and this years theme is 'My Voice Matters'. Please remember to give your young people a voice by listening actively to what they say and do and responding accordingly. Here is a poem written by a young person in support of this year's theme which clearly highlights what it means to them to have a voice.

To express my feelings
To speak my mind
To explain my pain

To help out those in need

To sing
