Another side of our work at The Big Simple.

Alongside our community projects, we also partner with organisations and leadership teams, opening up conversations around state of mind and resilience at work.

This work not only creates impact within companies, it also helps us fund and expand our work in the community.

We feel deeply grateful to do what we love, across different spaces, with the same purpose at heart.

A little throwback to our collaboration with XO Bikes.

After working with their service users, we’re now also offering our workshops to XO Barbers.

They do incredible work supporting prison leavers, training them as barbers and bicycle mechanics.

An amazing charity — we’re so happy to be collaborating with them 💛

Our co-founder Liliana Bellini was deeply honoured to have being facilitating this retreat,
“Community Transformation from the Inside-out” with Dr Jack Pransky (leading), Diane McMillan, Janet A. Rhynie, and Danielle Hogan — four days of love, connection, and deep insight.

We explored afresh the work of Dr Roger Mills’ Modelo Project, where he brought Sidney Banks’ profound realizations into a struggling community, sparking transformation from the inside out — a story beautifully captured by Jack Pransky in “Modelo: A Story of Hope for the Inner City and Beyond.”

Filled with gratitude, hope, and faith in our shared humanity, with love for friends old and new 🌍✨

Susan Marmot and Louise Scott, you were missed but our work and the way we work were felt in the room
