Disco carries the true essence of ecstatic dance: fun, freeing, light-hearted, playful and full of life. And it doesn’t take itself too seriously!

Expect a Funk/Disco/House infused experience to help you shake off city stress, open up, feel more joy, and connect with yourself! This is a Sober event!
We’ll be including a beautiful cacao ceremony and guided meditation, using delicious ceremonial-grade cacao to connect with the body, the heart and a positive intention for the evening.
