Mental health illness is still seen as a taboo in the UK, and that needs to change.
In the United Kingdom, many people are still afraid to speak openly about anxiety, depression, or other mental health conditions because of stigma, judgment, or misunderstanding. Silence only makes it harder. Mental health is just as important as physical health. Talking about it, seeking support, and checking in on one another should be normal, not something to hide. Let’s break the stigma. Let’s have the conversations. Let’s support each other. ❤️
