our residents turned into chefs and together as a team we made delicious waffles from scratch 🧇🍓 Everyone got involved by mixing the ingredients, preparing the batter, cutting fresh fruit, and of course enjoying the warm, freshly made waffles at the end 😊 We absolutely love baking with our residents as it brings everyone together, encourages teamwork, and creates such a warm and happy atmosphere.

There were lots of smiles, conversations, and fun throughout the activity. Next time, we are planning to make pizza together - we can’t wait! 🍕✨

We took our residents for a walk to the local park 🌳☀️ Along the way, we enjoyed many wonderful conversations and made the most of the fresh air.

Our residents loved watching the busy streets full of life and admiring the beautiful roses blooming in the gardens 🌹 It was a simple but very enjoyable afternoon spent together outdoors.

Today the sun was shining, so we decided to make the most of the beautiful weather and spend some time together in our garden ☀️🌸 Our chef treated the residents to some delicious ice cream, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed 🍦😊

We also had a very special visitor - a lovely little dog who came to spend time with our residents and brought lots of smiles and joy 🐶💛

🌸 International Women’s Day at Eltandia 🌸

Today at Eltandia we celebrated International Women’s Day by giving a flower to each of our wonderful ladies. 💐 It was a small gesture, but one filled with appreciation and respect. We wanted to remind them how beautiful, strong, and important they are. Their stories, wisdom, kindness, and smiles make our home a warmer and brighter place every day. Happy International Women’s Day to all the amazing women we are privileged to know and care for.

A wonderful day out at Morden Hall Garden Centre with our lovely residents!

We started the morning with a peaceful walk in the park, enjoying More...Fresh Air. Afterwards, we warmed up with some coffee and tea ☕ before exploring the garden shop and admiring all the beautiful plants, flowers, and garden decorations 🌼

To top it all off, we enjoyed a delicious lunch together at the café and shared lots of smiles, laughter, and great conversations. Days like these create such special moments and lovely memories!

It felt like spring arrived a little early here at Eltandia! Our residents spent a lovely afternoon in the garden, enjoying the beautiful sunshine and More...Fresh Air.

Together, we planted and potted colourful flowers, bringing even more life and colour to our garden. There was plenty of laughter, conversation, and peaceful moments while everyone enjoyed the warm weather and the joy of gardening.

Activities like this are a wonderful way to connect with nature, stay active, and enjoy time together outdoors.

The lovely people living with us enjoyed a lively game of balloon volleyball, bringing plenty More...Movement, laughter and friendly competition to the room.

With colourful balloons flying through the air, everyone joined in - stretching, reaching and cheering each other on. It was wonderful to see so many smiles and such great team spirit!

Activities like this are a great way to keep active, improve coordination and, most importantly, have fun together. A big well done to our amazing residents for their enthusiasm and energy!

Love, kindness and togetherness filled the air at Eltandia this Valentine’s Day! Those living with us and team members enjoyed a beautiful day celebrating friendship and special moments together.

There were lovely decorations, sweet treats, music, and plenty of smiles. Residents shared love stories, danced to their favourite songs, and enjoyed spending time with one another.

Moments like these remind us that Valentine’s Day is not only about romance, but also about friendship, care, and the wonderful community we have here at Eltandia.

A big thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special for our residents.
