Think ignoring ni**les will make them go away?
Think again. We see it all the time. People walk around with knee discomfort for months, thinking it’s normal. Then they come in. They’ve tried Google, YouTube, even a bit of physio here and there. Problem is… none of it was specific to their injury. Stop waiting. Stop hoping it’ll settle on its own. Do the fundamentals. Stretch. Strengthen. Move properly. You brush them up - They drop straight back down. You fill them in….Still uneven. You leave them natural- They look… messy. It’s that in-between stage, Not bad. But not right either

And it’s frustrating because you can’t quite fix it yourself. Most of the time it’s not your technique
It’s the hair pattern

Some grow down
Some grow sideways
Some just do their own thing

That’s where brow lamination actually helps It resets everything. So you’re not fighting them every morning. A lot of my clients come in thinking their brows are “just thin”

Not everyone wants to fill in their brows every morning. I get it.

Here’s what actually makes a difference:

1. Brow lamination (obviously)
Resets the hairs so they sit where you want them
2. Letting them grow properly
Not just “a few days”… I mean properly
3. Brushing them daily
Sounds simple. Works
4. Using a nourishing oil
Keeps the hairs healthy so they don’t snap or thin
5. Stopping over-tweezing
This one’s the hardest

If your brows feel sparse, uneven, or just a bit… meh
it’s usually fixable

Most of my clients come in thinking their brows are “too thin” they’re not. They just need direction.

You’ve tried everything… mouth guards, physio exercises, maybe even Botox.
And still, waking up in the morning with that tight, sore jaw. It’s frustrating. Pain like that affects more than just your mouth. Sleep. Mood. Focus. Even eating. We had a patient just like this. Years of discomfort, nothing helped. Three treatments of buccal massage later, they told me they could finally wake up without pain.
That’s the thing. Chronic pain often hides in small, overlooked places. Specific treatments, consistency, and understanding your body make all the difference. Don’t give up because it hasn’t worked before. Sometimes all it takes is the right approach.

A patient of ours had jaw pain for years. Botox. Physiotherapy exercises. Nothing worked.
We did three buccal massage treatments. Three. And he walked out… morning pain gone. He sent the nicest review. Relief at last. The point? Chronic pain isn’t always about the usual suspects. Sometimes it’s small things. Specific treatments. Consistency. And understanding your body. Don’t give up because something hasn’t worked before.
