Think ignoring ni**les will make them go away?
Think again. We see it all the time. People walk around with knee discomfort for months, thinking it’s normal. Then they come in. They’ve tried Google, YouTube, even a bit of physio here and there. Problem is… none of it was specific to their injury. Stop waiting. Stop hoping it’ll settle on its own. Do the fundamentals. Stretch. Strengthen. Move properly. Address the habits that keep causing it. And if it doesn’t improve in a couple of weeks? Seek help from someone who’ll actually assess you properly.
