I didn’t do this because something was wrong with my health.
And I definitely didn’t do it because of a trend.

I did it because as a nutritionist,I like to test simple habits before I ever recommend to you 💚

let’s be honest😇 most people today are not struggling because they lack supplements, they’re struggling because they lack consistency in basics. So I kept everything the same.

No diet changes.
No new routine.
Just added one simple daily habit for 30 days.

And no ✋nothing dramatic happened overnight.
No “day 3 transformation”
No unrealistic results

But over time, something interesting happened🤗
✔️ My energy felt more stable, not just “boosted”

It comes from your daily rhythm.

Sometimes the hardest part of living abroad isn’t the struggle, it’s the silence behind it.

I spend my days helping people fix their health, guiding them, supporting them, showing them a better way to live. But in between all that😢 there’s a thought that stays.

The people I wanted to do everything for the ones who shaped me 🥹 are growing old👴👵 without me being there enough.

This is the reality no one talks about.
Success looks good from the outside, but it often comes with distance, guilt, and quiet sacrifices.

And still we keep going.

Because we want to make them proud.

Because one day, we want to give them a life they never had.

Your body was not designed to stay in fight-or-flight all the time. When stress becomes constant, the nervous system stays in survival mode.

Over time this can affect your👇🏻
• energy levels
• digestion

Many people try to fix this with more coffee, sugar, or supplements, but the real solution is helping the body feel safe again.

Here are simple ways to help your body come out of this state😇

Your body doesn’t need more pressure.It needs regulation and recovery. And as a nutritionist, I see this often people blaming themselves for fatigue when their body is simply overwhelmed. Sometimes healing starts with slowing down.
