Why I don’t post here?
Because I’m intentional with my time.
I run My Triage Network on my own, so I prioritise where my time is best spent - in strategy, delivering personalised, high-quality support to clients and mental health professionals, and curating newsletters with insights and resources for both.
Alongside this, I’m raising two young children.
From the beginning, I made a deliberate decision to bootstrap.
I’ve declined external funding and consciously chosen not to participate in start-up hubs. I’ve been there before with another venture, so I know the model and I don’t want that for My Triage Network.
Not because growth isn’t possible -
but because how it grows matters to me.
At its core, this service is about keeping mental health support human, personal, and thoughtful. The way businesses are expected to scale when externally funded compromise this - when profit becomes the driver, it risks losing its soul.
(Having said that, there is a way to scale Triage - just not through volume or automation. I’ll share more on this in time.)
So, to sum up - a lot happens behind the scenes every day, and much of that work doesn’t translate into daily, polished social media posts. I do share more when I can from my personal account (), so feel free to follow along there in the meantime:

While visibility matters, my focus right now is on building trust and delivering a service that is truly personalised, thoughtful, and unlike anything else currently available.
