A room built for you.
The Jane Goodman Sanctuary Room at UCLH is officially open, and we couldn't be more proud. It's the first dedicated wellbeing space for young adult cancer patients in a UK hospital, and it exists because people in their 20s, 30s and 40s deserve somewhere in the hospital that actually feels like theirs.
A calm, quiet, age-appropriate sanctuary, right there in the heart of the clinical environment.
This is what changes when people listen. This is what age-appropriate support looks like.
We'd like to thank UCLH - University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, The Jane Goodman Charitable Trust, Llewelyn Davies, TONIC London, Dunelm, The Do Book Co., and The School of Life for helping to bring the sanctuary room to life.
