I’m a facilitator, guide, coach and practitioner with a background in both corporate leadership and embodied healing. After 15 successful years in domestic recruitment and training, I reached a point where external success no longer felt fulfilling. That moment of reckoning led me into a period of deep personal transformation - guided by psychedelic work, energy practices, and a return to the body. Alongside my corporate career, I’ve spent over two decades working with the body and mind - teaching classical Pilates (which I still offer part time), and training in energy work and tantric practices. Since the age of 18, I’ve been holding space for others, developing a strong capacity to listen deeply and hold what needs to be expressed in order for real, lasting shifts to occur.
