Phoebe spotting a recent hat-trick of ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Trustpilot reviews.

A satisfying way to round off a busy day looking after our community. 🙂

Many of the conditions we assess and treat at Augmentive are lifelong.

We put a lot of care into getting assessments right and starting treatment safely. But often think just as much about what happens long after that.

For our patients with ADHD, this can mean:

- How does someone manage their energy and focus week to week?
- What practical changes actually make life easier?
- How do we help people build habits that support their health long term?

That’s why we’re investing more time in practical workshops and classes alongside our core clinical work.

Next up is a free nutrition session for people with ADHD, led by Flora Budenberg (experienced nutritional therapist & founder of ). It’s centred on straightforward, evidence-based strategies people can apply in real life. It’s been fantastic to see such a strong uptake from our patient community already! 🥗

The poster below has the details.

It’s primarily for our patient community but we’re opening it up more widely as well. If you’d like to join the session, please message Augmentive for a private invitation.

As you can probably see, we’ve also included a quick photo of Laura Murray and Phoebe Mackenzie Smith pulling it together behind the scenes. These things happen because the team cares about going the extra mile! 🏃‍♀️

More than 10,000 callbacks completed by the team so far 📲💪🌱

A couple of years ago we set up a free callback service to give extra support to people trying to find the right care.

Sometimes it’s practical: what to expect, how it works, timings.

Just as often it’s about trust — speaking to a real person before someone shares something deeply personal or decides to engage with a relatively new health service.

These calls take time and energy… but they’re always worth it.

Because that “I think I need help” moment is rarely simple. People aren’t just comparing providers — they’re juggling symptoms, work, family, finances, past experiences and a lot of uncertainty.

We look at the numbers, of course. But these conversations add context you’ll never get from a dashboard — especially when you’re building and improving fast.

📸 This first snap shows Alexia, Phoebe and Sarah Norman (who’ve led many of these callbacks) sharing the latest learnings with Sam so we can keep turning real-world feedback into product improvements.

One of the most common things we hear right now:
“I just wish I’d found you sooner.”

That’s the right kind of problem to have and we’re now putting more focus there.

Also, shout out as well to Laura and Raluca who’ve been doing an amazing job on callbacks lately too 🙌

25,000 hours of care accessed on Augmentive 💛

And in our latest patient survey, 95% said booking was easy 🙌

Brilliant news but booking is just one step in the care pathway, and there’s a lot more we can improve. Some exciting updates are coming soon 🏗️

As we gear up to deliver the next 250,000 hours of care, here are a few hard‑earned lessons from building in this space:

• Consistency beats intensity.
• Service design + product have to ship together (not live in forgotten policy docs).
• Data only drives learning when it’s translated with empathy + creativity.
• Sometimes the data you want simply isn’t there — taste/intuition matters.
• Fewer pathways = deeper tailoring (we’re focusing on our neurodivergent community).
• You don’t always need a bigger community — sometimes the biggest wins come from investing deeper in the people you already support.
• AI makes personalisation easier… but too much can cause cognitive overload.
• Prioritisation should be ruthless.
• Well‑timed reminders + clear copy genuinely reduce anxiety and missed appointments (especially valued by many people with ADHD/autism).
• Trust is healthcare’s currency. Quality often needs to come before speed.
• Long‑term winners in digital health AI will likely be the regulated organisations combining robust data systems with strong clinical processes and deep context.

Making something as complex as healthcare feel simple is incredibly hard.

“Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.” — Leonardo da Vinci

We’re really grateful to our fantastic community for the feedback. We’ll keep translating it into simpler, safer experiences for everyone on Augmentive. 🤝
