Some may feel like their brain is rapidly flicking through thoughts and ideas much faster than before? And their output feels slow, and this can feel frustrating.

I personally feel LIT 🔥 and PEACE.

I believe it all boils down to processing so much lower frequency emotions in the past year - GRIEF, SHAME, FEAR.

I know a lot of healers and energy workers who do not reflect enough upon their Shadows to do SAFE work for clients. Personally I don’t give permission to just any energy worker to work on my field, especially newly qualified Reiki practitioners. As triggering as that may come across, I’d rather protect my frequency and field than people-please an appease.

I’d rather exist in a world full of honesty and directness with compassion than fake smiles and dark masks.

Oh firstly, I’m not trying to sell you anything because I’m moving into another niche.

Secondly, let’s back get to my point - I am DONE dimming my own light.
I am DONE with self abandonment and I take FULL responsibility for doing it.

No one made me do it❗️Ok yes my cultural/familial/ancestral DNA & programming had a huge impact on my path BUT I got to HEAL from all that and now….
