By popular demand, we’ve added another Tower Class to the timetable.

Our new Monday 6pm and 7pm Tower Class is now available to book, offering another opportunity to experience the classical method in our small, closely guided groups.

Whether you’re looking to start your week with movement, build consistency in your practice or simply find a class time that works better for you, we’d love to welcome you in.

We offer both small group classes and private sessions, allowing you to choose a way of working that suits your body, your goals and your experience.

• Small group classes provide a more shared experience, while still remaining intimate and considered. Many clients choose to combine both, using private sessions alongside classes to support progression and build confidence in the method.

• Private & duet sessions offer the most personalised approach. With close guidance and use of the full classical apparatus, sessions are tailored to support your body with precision, whether you’re just starting out, returning from injury or looking to deepen your practice.

Covering beginner and intermediate Mat and Reformer exercises, they help clients learn the repertoire, build confidence and continue practising with more intention between sessions.

The Pilates Barrel is one of the most supportive and restorative pieces of classical apparatus.

Originally introduced by Joseph Pilates to help improve spinal mobility, posture and overall movement quality, the Barrel encourages the body to move with more openness, length and control, particularly through the spine.

It’s especially beneficial for those experiencing stiffness, postural tension or long hours sitting at a desk, helping to create space through the body while strengthening the muscles that support it. Pilates is often misunderstood.

Reduced to stretching, aesthetics or trends, when in reality the method was created to support the body as a whole, building strength, control, balance and resilience through intentional movement.

The classical method challenges the body deeply, while also supporting how you move and feel in everyday life. There’s far more to the work than most people realise.
