We are London's first, and oldest yoga & wellbeing centre and were honoured to serve Islington as well from 2011-2021. Uh oh, time to get cosy again ☔️ don’t worry we have your rainy Saturday covered!

Here is Ebony, one of our lovely yoga and all things sounds teachers Notting Hill.

Every Saturday she runs a Gong Bath 2:45-3:30pm but you can be sure to get some extra surprises some weeks as there is a Mary Poppins handbag supply of instruments up her sleeve!
