I’m feeling such a call back to nature, to a deep remembering of our natural cycles and wisdom…

A questioning of the society that we happen to have been born into and somehow have made an invisible pact to play the game of.

I’m feeling a rewriting of the rule book coming on. Who’s in? 🙌🌀🧙🏻‍♀️

I wonder if this share resonates with you?

I think I’m having a deconstruction over here of what success is.

I’m having realisations about true impact, depth and purpose..and It’s not necessarily synchronistic with numbers, views, social media posts, following trends or doing what everyone else is doing!! (Of course we know this, but it’s dropping in deeper)

It’s quite freeing.

This world where we constantly have to grow, perform, expand, create, give, thrive … is quite simply..

Blooming exhausting.

Shall we try to find a truer way of doing life? More cyclical. Sustainable. In alignment and real?

It still blows me away how far-reaching the benefits of this work can be.

Coming into a consistent practice with presence and truly getting to know your body from the inside out, allows a deep sense of safety to arrive.

Week by week, class by class, your body learns that it can trust you.

You’re listening.

Slowly it lets go. Opens up. It regulates and then begins to thrive.
