Last Thursday we were at Canary Wharf supporting over 70 players competing throughout the day 🎾🔥
Between matches, we delivered:
• Quick RESET physio and massage sessions 💆‍♂️
• Grip and wrist strength testing using the ActiveForce2 Dynamometer 💪
• On-the-spot advice to help players move better and perform stronger đź§
What stood to us was that a lot of players are leaving performance on the table, not because of skill, but because their body isn’t keeping up with what they’re asking of it ⚠️
Tightness, weakness, poor load control… small issues that turn into limitations or injuries if ignored 🚫
