Have you ever felt that you keep repeating the same patterns in your relationships or in your life — even when you consciously want things to be different?

Sometimes what we carry doesn’t begin with us.

Family Constellations offer a powerful way of exploring the hidden dynamics, loyalties and patterns within our family system that may still be influencing the way we relate, feel and live today.

I invite you to join me for an experiential Family Constellations workshop in Vauxhall on Saturday 26th September, from 2:30pm to 6:30pm.

You don’t need any previous experience or knowledge of Family Constellations. You can come with something specific you would like to explore, or simply participate and experience the work as a representative.

It can be a deeply insightful and moving way of seeing ourselves, our relationships and our family story from a completely different perspective.
