Suppressing your emotions doesn’t make them disappear.
It takes energy to keep them down — and over time, you can lose connection with yourself, your aliveness and your joy.
Healing begins when you stop suppressing and learn how to truly feel what’s there.

This is how you lost yourself.

You weren’t born believing you weren’t good enough, that you had to hide your anger, hold back your tears, or become someone else to be loved.

You learned it.

Parents, teachers, school, religion, society — everyone added their own beliefs, expectations and conditioning.

And eventually, you started believing: This is who I am.

But it isn’t.

The inner work is about emptying the glass again — releasing what was never yours, reconnecting with what you feel, and coming back to who you were before the world told you who to be.

This is exactly what we’ll work on in my FEELING IT IS HEALING IT – Live Emotional Release Workshop.

Learn to feel, allow and release the emotions you’ve been carrying for years — and reconnect with the freedom underneath them.

Nobody ever taught you how to really feel an emotion.
We were taught: don’t be angry, don’t cry, don’t be afraid. So we learned to suppress what we feel — until many of us became completely disconnected from our emotional world and started thinking about our emotions instead of actually feeling them.

And that comes at a cost.

Suppressing emotions takes an enormous amount of energy. It can leave you feeling drained, disconnected and can affect your physical and emotional wellbeing. And most importantly, when you suppress what you don’t want to feel, you also suppress your capacity to fully experience life.

My work is about reconnecting you with your emotional level — learning to feel again, locate emotions in the body, allow them, and ultimately transform them.

This is exactly what I’ll teach in my upcoming FEELING IT IS HEALING IT – Live Emotional Release Workshop.

More details coming soon.

What if the emotions you’ve been suppressing for years are costing you more energy than you realise?
Most of us were never taught how to truly feel anger. We learned only two options: suppress it or act it out.
But there is a third way.
You can learn to allow anger, feel its energy fully and let it transform — without suppressing it and without throwing it at somebody else.
This is a central part of my work. I’ve guided people through emotions they’ve been holding back for decades and witnessed profound changes — even remarkable physical recoveries in people living with stage 4 cancer.
I have seen for myself how deeply our emotional life, nervous system and physical health are connected.
You don’t need to get rid of your anger.
You need to learn how to meet it.

You are not too angry. You are not angry enough.
Anger itself is not the problem.
The problem begins when you don’t allow yourself to be angry.
Most of us learned to either suppress anger or express it — to push it down or act it out.
But there is another way.
Allow yourself to feel the anger completely, without suppressing it, without expressing it and without trying to change it.
Feel what anger actually is in your body — the heat, the pressure, the tension, the energy.
Give it all the space it needs.
You don’t need to get rid of your anger.
You need to stop resisting it.
Let me show you how.

You don’t need to stop your thoughts to stop overthinking.

The harder you try to control your mind, the more attention you give it.

That’s the trap of overthinking.

You know your thoughts are going around in circles. You know they’re not helping you. You may even know that most of what your mind is telling you is complete rubbish.

And yet you can’t seem to switch it off.

Why?

Because you’re trying to get out of the mind by using the mind.

Freedom from overthinking, intrusive thoughts and a racing mind doesn’t come from fighting or controlling your thoughts.

Allow your thoughts exactly as they are.

Detach from the thinking. Do not engage in the thinking.

Then a part of your awareness is already here in this moment, in your body, aware of your thoughts.

The more awareness is in your body, aware of this very moment, the less thinking there is.

If your awareness is completely in this body, in this very moment, there are no thoughts.

And you begin to recognise something deeper:

You are not your thoughts.
You are the awareness that is aware of them.

This is where overthinking begins to lose its grip and presence, inner peace and freedom become available.

If you struggle with overthinking, save this and come back to it the next time your mind won’t switch off.

How do you release emotions trapped in your body?

First, you need to become aware that the emotion is there.

Then locate it in your body.

Instead of thinking about the emotion, bring your awareness directly into the physical sensation and sense its actual quality.

Take anger as an example.

“Anger” is a concept — a word your mind uses to describe an experience. But underneath that concept, there may be burning, pressure, pain, tightness or tension somewhere in your body.

This is where emotional release begins.

Eckhart Tolle calls this accumulated emotional energy the pain body. I often refer to it as the inner child — the part of you that carries emotions that were never fully allowed to be felt.

Don’t try to get rid of it.

Don’t analyse it.
Don’t change it.
Don’t suppress it.
And don’t act it out.

Instead, surrender to the experience.

Give the emotion all the space it needs in your system. Allow yourself to feel it completely — without resistance and without needing it to go away.

If anger is here, allow yourself to be completely angry inside.

Let the burning burn.
Let the pressure be pressure.
Let the tension be tension.

Stay present as awareness and allow the emotion to be exactly as it is, for as long as it needs to be.

Sometimes healing is not about doing something to an emotion.

It is about finally allowing yourself to feel what you once couldn’t allow yourself to feel.

This is the beginning of emotional release, inner child healing and a deeper connection with yourself.

You’re not anxious because of what is happening right now.

You’re anxious because of what your mind is telling you might happen in the future.

The mind constantly creates worst-case scenarios:

What if this goes wrong?
What if I lose this?
What if I fail?
What if something happens?

And because you believe your thoughts, you start suffering from things that haven’t even happened.

You feel the fear now.
You feel the anxiety now.
You prepare emotionally for a future that exists only in your mind.

This is what happens when you live a mind-based life.

The mind is constantly searching for security. It believes that if it can predict everything that could possibly go wrong, it can prepare you for it and somehow keep you safe.

But real security can never be found in the future — or in the outside world.

It begins when you stop believing every thought and bring your awareness back to what is actually here.

This moment.
This body.
This presence.

And ultimately, when you discover who you really are beneath all the thoughts, fears and stories of the mind.

You are not your thoughts.
You are the awareness that sees them.

This is where awakening begins.

Stop searching for security in a future created by your mind.

Come back to yourself.
