It's a kind of magic! 🪄🎩

We're excited to share the magical journey of the amazing young people with hemiplegia, who became young magicians in our innovative Breathe Magic Intensive Therapy Programme 2026.

Cutting up food, tying hair and buttoning up school shirts were just some of their goals that were a challenge before attending our programme... but after 10 days of (super fun!) intensive therapy, the art of magic was mastered and 97% of our young magician's goals were met or exceeded, making real-life magic happen! 🤩

See for yourself in our brand new short film... 🎬✨

We’re still feeling a little bit magical after seeing Breathe Magic on The One Show last night! ✨

Watching our young magicians on The One Show was incredibly special, but what made us proudest was knowing just how much work sat behind the moments viewers saw on screen.

Across two weeks and more than 60 hours of bimanual intensive therapy, our young magicians (young people with hemiplegia) work towards their self-set goals, supported by our amazing team of specialist occupational therapists and professional magicians from The Magic Circle.

And somewhere along the way, something that began as super challenging becomes a trick they can master, perform and feel immensely proud of.

Thank you to Dani Dyer and The One Show team for helping us share the impact of our programmes on a national platform, and telling our story with such care, consideration and heart.

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

Did you see us on The One Show this evening?! So proud that Breathe Magic has been featured! 🙌🏼🪄🌟

Did you spot some familiar magic on The One Show tonight? 🎩

The One Show, with presenter Dani Dyer followed our Young Magicians through the Breathe Magic Camp, capturing just a small part of everything they achieved across two incredible weeks.

Breathe Magic Intensive Therapy Programme is an upper-limb intensive therapy programme, bringing together specialist occupational therapy and magic, using carefully chosen tricks to encourage young people with hemiplegia to use both hands to work together while each young magician works towards personal goals that they choose.

We couldn’t be prouder of our young magicians and everything they achieved over. A huge thank you to them and their families for trusting us, welcoming The One Show into their experience and allowing their stories to be shared with a national audience.

And thank you to The One Show and Dani Dyer for helping shine a light on hemiplegia, our unique intervention and the extraordinary young people at the heart of it.

And wow, to be part of such a magical line up on the sofa Sandra Bullock & Nicole Kidman and amazing hosts Lauren Laverne & Angellica Bell

Thank you to the incredible Sea Containers London for hosting the whole camp 🤍

Hey Southwark dads 👋 - a FREE gift for you 🤍

Becoming a dad can change everything: how you see yourself, your relationships, your priorities and your place in the family.

And while so much attention naturally focuses on mum and baby, dads can find themselves concentrating on looking after everyone else while quietly trying to work out this enormous new role for themselves.

Breathe Melodies for Dads is a space made with dads in mind.

For eight Saturday mornings, you and your baby can spend time together through relaxed, creative music-making, meet other dads at the same stage of life and have an hour where nobody expects you to have fatherhood figured out.

You don’t need any musical experience, and there’s no pressure to sing perfectly or perform. The sessions are relaxed, creative and designed to be enjoyed together with your baby.

📍 Rye Oak Children & Family Centre, Peckham
📅 Saturdays, 26 September - 14 November 2026, 10–11am
