And the question people usually want answered first: is there s3x happening at S3x Club? No. We don’t have s3x, we talk about it.

We just published our first Substack post, the story behind why we started this in a London living room in 2017, what a weekend retreat looks like, and why we’re still doing this nine years later.

Boundaries aren’t just about setting your own. They’re also about noticing and honoring other people’s.

When someone knows their ‘no’, I can also trust their ‘yes’. How often do we phrase something as a question but expect a ‚yes’? How would it feel to receive their ‘no’ gracefully and encouragingly, to see their ‘no’ as a yes to themselves?

🧡 I’m practising this with my daughter, with friends, and in intimacy. Every clear ‘no’ makes closeness safer, trust deeper, and desire more real.

There’s something powerful about exploring your s*xuality from the safety of your own space. No travelling, no walking into a room of strangers, just you, your body, your pace.

People often tell us that being online helps them open up more easily. The screen creates a gentle buffer that softens vulnerability while still allowing for deep connection. You can regulate, take a breath, turn your camera off for a moment if needed and still stay part of the group.
