Getting back on track with one of my favourite recipes and so easy!!
….. So experimenting this morning with the French Crepes recipe! Adding coconut milk instead of Almond milk, and some green stewed apples to the mix ! I will keep you posted if it’s any good:) 💞

Low Carb French Crepes!!

35g arrowroot powder,
1tsp Vanilla essence & avocado oil, 1 tbsp of almond milk.
Mix 3 ingredients together to form a paste.
In another bowl whisk 3 eggs, pour paste into eggs snd whisk, add 1 cup of almond milk, keep whisking till frothy,
Into a buttered pan pour 1/4 cup of crepe mix, flip to cook both sides and enjoy!
Makes 8-10 crepes 7”&9” size
