Despite the usual holiday pressure on radiology services, we maintained a 99% KPI in acute reporting, and a 92% KPI in elective reporting in July - our strongest elective July performance to date.​

This performance comes from careful capacity planning, technology designed around real clinical workflows, and teams who can identify pressure early and respond before it affects patient care.​

The hardest part isn't always the waiting. It's not knowing what's happening while you wait.

Healthcare leaders spend a lot of time talking about turnaround times, waiting lists and reporting capacity. Those metrics matter.

But patients experience something different. They experience uncertainty.

Will the scan show anything? When will I hear back? What happens next?

We can't eliminate every wait. Nor can we guarantee every diagnosis will be straightforward.

What we can do is reduce the uncertainty that exists between each step of the patient journey.

Because every scan is a person waiting for answers.
