Meet Jo!!!

Jo came to me 12 weeks ago, with IBS. She was uncomfortable and sick of being bloated and holding weight

Now, she has complete clarity on her intolerances and has removed and replaced the offending items, with our help.
She’s also down 9.5kg as of Friday last week.

I’m incredibly proud to be part of her journey.

Let’s talk about Emma!!!

Our beautiful Emma has smashed through her mini goal this week……

Emma had a mental block about getting past a 3kg weight loss. She got there, bounced back and repeated the cycle.

This week she smashed through it, to 4kg loss
