“Close your ribs” isn’t just about pulling them down.

Rib flare is often less about the ribs themselves and more about how the body is breathing and creating support. When we can breathe fully into the sides and back of the rib cage, connect to the core, and exhale with control, the ribs tend to find a better position naturally.

It’s also important to remember that every body is different. Some rib flare is simply structural and doesn’t need to be “fixed.”

Our goal isn’t perfect posture, it’s creating better movement, better breathing, and more support throughout the body. ✨
