Jowls are not simply caused by loose skin. They develop because several deeper changes are happening at the same time: facial fat begins to shift downward, the supporting ligaments weaken, and the skin gradually loses collagen and elasticity. This is why creams alone cannot restore a sharper jawline. The issue is structural, so the treatment needs to address what is happening beneath the surface.

During your consultation, we assess where volume has moved, the degree of lower-face laxity and the overall quality of your skin. We also use an Aura skin scan to give us a clearer picture rather than relying on appearance alone. Depending on the findings, the most suitable option may be Endolift®, radiofrequency microneedling, biostimulation or, in some cases, surgery. The aim is not to recommend a treatment first, but to give you an honest explanation of what has changed and what is genuinely likely to improve it.
