Some of you may be wondering what Health for All is about?
Health For All came about when a group of individuals got together in 2023 and wanted to make do something special for a community. But where? The Caribbean and Africa was discussed but Africa won..
Health for All mission main purpose att the moment, is to establish a medium-sized, modern, multi-specialty hospital in the Fiave communal area near Ho, in the Volta Region of Ghana. This
area is densely populated and severely underserved in terms of healthcare infrastructure. The facility we envision will meet international healthcare standards and provide a wide range of essential services that are currently inaccessible to the local community.
As a result a group of members made up of health professionals, volunteers, pastors and young people
are embarking on a mission trip to Ho, Ghana from the 17th October to 31st October 2024 to commence
the project. This missionary trip is a partnership with London Area 6C of the Seventh – day Adventist
Church. Volunteers will be offering primary health care interventions to the Fiave community, and
refurbish an existing facility into a Clinic. Some work will also commence to extend and sufficiently equip
the facility into a functioning health centre during the trip.
The project has been divided into several phrases Phase 1 Objective: Refurbishing, extending and equipping an existing structure into a maternity clinic
Phase 1 Fundraising Goal: To raise sufficient funds to complete Phase 1 maternity clinic by mid-2026
Immediate Impact: Reduction in maternal and infant mortality rates through
improved access to quality maternal healthcare.
Long-term Benefits: Enhancement of general health standards, Decrease in disease transmission, and promotion of long-term health sustainability.
Increased healthcare access is expected to foster greater economic stability and quality of life improvements within the community Phase 1 maternity clinic by mid-2026
