Today, I had the pleasure of facilitating a small-group session on Positive Thinking Techniques with — an organisation I’ve proudly collaborated with for over 5 years through my own business, Talent Courtyard.
The workshop was rooted in positive psychology and designed to help participants explore tools like optimism, growth mindset, mindfulness, and gratitude — not as abstract ideas, but as practical ways to build resilience, navigate stress, and reconnect with purpose in challenging times.
I really appreciated the openness of the group in this session: honest conversations, creative reflections, and a shared willingness to see the glass half full, rather than half empty.
Huge thanks to , Lyfe’s founder, for building this ongoing relationship with me — and to Ross Williams, MD at Lyfe, for inviting me back.
As a facilitator and coach, I’m increasingly focused on how education, purpose-driven initiatives and environmental consciousness can intersect to create meaningful social change. I’m now actively exploring opportunities in the social impact consultancy space — particularly in providing strategic operational guidance for purpose-led projects.
If you’re working in this field or see potential to collaborate, I’d love to connect.
